going into pen-sketch rehab

i was sketching trucks today and realized that my sketching is (still) waaay to tight. (see above)

i've been trying to loosen up my sketches for a while now...and it's not working with my current pen technique...

so, i'm gonna spend the weekend tearing up some newsprint with my old buddy prismacolor. quick, loose, & dirty. i'm hoping this'll lead to a better ideation sketch style than what i have now.

so i'm off until monday, i'll have a massive post for ya then.

These are getting a little redundant, so i'm gonna change it up a bit with the next batch.

Also, before you say it, I know they can't steer and i know there are some ergonomic issues, I'll fix all that stuff at a later phase. these are just to flesh out an aesthetic theme.
